I’ve been so much stress lately. What with packing and not agreeing with Hubs what to pack and how to pack things. I can be quite bull-headed sometimes. If I set my mind to it, that will be it.It’s hard when two bulls can’t meet eye to eye. They clash.We know the word compromise but we don’t practice it. Whew! Last night, I was quite busy. We had dinner early and Jens went to sleep right after. I was planning to do some ironing but when I opened the suitcases for our trip to the Philippines, I got caught up with packing. Mcj and I have some disagreement on what luggage to take but I am doing the packing so I will stick to my plan. Hahaha. I just have to make sure that all our clothes plus some presents will fit in them. It’s not that we’re going to Riviera...
I’m out of Pinoy food in the pantry. My last stash was a Ligo sardines which I cooked with eggs. It’s one of the tatak-Pinoy food that I missed.I won’t be making a special trip to a Filipino store real soon but I’m going back “home” so I will buy as much food as we can carry and allow to get into Australia so I won’t miss any in the future.I’m also planning on learning how to cook Pinoy cuisine while we are up there so I can whip-up anything when...
