How often do you clean the air filters of your aircondition, heater, etc?

It is important to know that the air we breathe indoor especially in our home is clean. The quality of air in our homes can greatly affect the health of the people residing. Clean air can reduce the triggers of asthma, allergies, flu and cough.

When you buy equipment such as aircon, I think it is important to know how to clean the air vents or filters. We cleaned our aircon cum heater before the winter kicked-off and we found out how grubby it was. But it was very easy to clean, we just didn’t know how then.
