Mcj suffers from cramps most of the time. He reckon, it's from lack of salt in his diet. I reckon he still has muscle growth. Kidding!

But if you're like him, try to these tips. Got them from the book that I bought recently.

If you suffer from cramp in the feet or legs at night, scrub any dirt off a medium-size potato and dry it thoroughly. Put it on your bed, somewhere you are not likely to disturb it as you move in your sleep, and you won't get cramp.

If you are feeling sceptical going to bed with a potato, try keeping a muslin bag containing corks in your bed. If you feel cramp coming on, holding a cork in a clenched fist keeps it at bay. And if you get cramp in your feet, put on a pair of loose bedsocks keeping a cork in place next to the usually affected spot will ease any cramp that threathens.

A syrup made up of a teaspoonful each of honey, cider vinegar and calcium lactate and taken by the teaspoon every few hours is a time-tested way of keeping cramp at bay.
