Did you know that watermelon can have effects like viagra. A natural viagra according to research. It works when a person eats a ripe watermelon. Research said that this fruit contains amino acid that relaxes and dilates blood vessel just like viagra and other drug used to treat erectile dysfunction. The downside is, you have to eat at least 6 cups. Wouldn't you feel bloated after eating that much?

We thought that winter and the food make us fat but summer can have the same effect. Though we are more active durin summer and stay outdoor, it's the food that can pack the pounds. Imagine the greasy sausages, meat patties, beers, and the lot that we eat during barbecue parties. The best thing is opt to eat those less-fattening food and be more active unless you want to fit into the plus size lingerie.
