Yesterday, I cooked a Ricotta and Vegetable fritters. It's a shame I haven't taken a photo of them.

I got the recipe from coles baby mag. It was easy to make and sure is very nutritious.

It's spring. Different variety of fruit and veggies are available in the market aplenty. If you miss out on some veggies for the past season because they are not available or are dear, now is the time to indulge. Greens, yellows and all sorts of colours.

Fresh veggies on the dinner table. Yum. Good for everybody and for the health. Even if you ca afford the services of Blue Cross North Carolina, it's still way better to be in a pink of health.
